Calming the Mind with "The Reset"

We all need moments of reprieve from our minds throughout the day. In fact, I really like being "out of my mind" and prefer to be more in alignment with my heart and higher self. It just feels better! The mind helps us navigate this world, but it can get overly noisy with fear and worry.

There is a lot of collective fear and panic right now due to the coronavirus. I send blessings to all who are affected. In the video above, I share a technique called "The Reset" that helps calm the mind. It easy to do and takes only a few minutes. It provides a spaciousness to your being that allows you to step back before reacting too quickly. If you do this over time, you will feel a shift in your being, and thus transformation!
